Mystery Shopping & Sales Performance Research

Meerak conducted a comprehensive mystery shopping research project for AYS Developers, evaluating the real-world performance of their sales team and kiosk operations across three key retail locations in Dubai. The objective was to measure adherence to brand standards, assess salesperson behavior, and identify gaps impacting customer conversion.

Our research team visited Mirdiff City Centre, Nakheel Mall, and Mall of the Emirates, conducting a total of 34 evaluations across 20 salespeople. Each evaluation covered a detailed scoring framework assessing kiosk setup, cleanliness, salesperson presence, customer engagement, professionalism, qualification technique, and perceived value communication.
